Leveraging targeting capabilities and customization
In each campaign, Fetch utilized its customer-level targeting capabilities to deliver custom offers to consumers based on their previous purchases both inside and outside of the partner restaurants. Consumers were shown a special offer rewarding them with high-value bonuses if they reached a minimum spend threshold.
Value & Results
Fetch increased the average spend for individual trips and household spend across all three restaurant partners. The gains in monthly HH spend were driven by increased trip spend and increases in trip frequency.
In all three programs, partners experienced incremental sales lift in both spend per trip and monthly household spend compared to pre-campaign sales with the same consumers.
